Turinabol

Turinabol, also known by its chemical name 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, and often referred to as Oral Turinabol or CDMT, is an anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS). It was originally developed in East Germany in the 1960s. As a modified form of Dianabol (methandrostenolone), it was designed to separate anabolic and androgenic effects, aiming for greater anabolic activity with reduced androgenic side effects. Turinabol is chemically structured with a chlorine atom at the fourth carbon position and a double bond between carbons 1 and 2, which contributes to its unique pharmacological profile. Due to its classification as an anabolic steroid, Turinabol is a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States and is prohibited in competitive sports by organizations like the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Its use is generally associated with performance enhancement rather than widely recognized medical applications in contemporary practice.
