About Stackwise

This page is maintained by the Stackwise team to explain what the app does, who it's for, and how the safety checks work.

What Stackwise does

Stackwise is one place for everything you take — supplements, peptides, hormones, and prescription medications. Build your stack, get your daily dose schedule timed to your timezone, and see interaction warnings across every compound you add.

Who it's for

People who take more than one thing and want to be organized about it: longevity and performance folks running peptides or TRT, patients juggling several prescriptions, and anyone who wants a straight answer on whether two things they're taking mix.

How the safety checks work

Every compound in the library carries a structured record of mechanism, dosing ranges, side effects, and known interaction classes. When you add compounds to your stack, Stackwise cross-checks pairs and flags interactions with severity labels and links to the underlying source (NIH, FDA, PubChem, published literature). Major interactions require an acknowledgement so nothing gets missed. You can export the full summary as a PDF or share it with your pharmacist or doctor.

What Stackwise is not

Stackwise is an organization and reference tool. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a conversation with a licensed clinician. Do not start, stop, or change any medication or supplement based on what you see here. If something looks urgent, contact your prescriber or emergency services.
